Hi Friends,
I'm your mentor and friend for this unique Perinatal training to inspire expectant couples in your community! With over 18 years guiding and educating yoga teachers in movement and supporting my perinatal community as a full-spectrum doula, let me teach you how to evolve your prenatal classes. There aren't a lot of classes and trainings that help couples to foster a deeper connection. After almost two decades ears of teaching a Prenatal Partner Yoga workshops, I decided to create this training to share these amazing classes and partner series so you can offer these connected classes to your own students or birthing clients!
The journey into birth is about recognizing the importance and significance of both partners and the need for connectedness as they transform into parents as a newly emerging family.
